The whole Supplement Facts panel is a single figure. Here is what sits under it, and what the research says about each one.
Horse Honey declares one Test Boost Proprietary Blend of 1,200 mg containing eight ingredients, in this printed order: horny goat weed extract, tongkat ali powder, saw palmetto extract, nettle extract, wild yam extract, sarsaparilla, orchic substance and boron amino acid chelate. No individual amount is published for any of them, and no extract on the label states a standardisation percentage.

The one ingredient here with a placebo-controlled trial pointing the right way. A 2021 study gave 200 mg a day of a standardised aqueous root extract to 105 men aged 50 to 70 for twelve weeks and saw total testosterone rise. Second of eight in the blend order, amount not published.
First in the blend order, so the largest share. A 2019 human pharmacokinetic trial gave icariin at 100 mg up to 1,680 mg and found blood levels very low or undetectable, with nearly all samples below 1 ng/mL. Whatever is in this capsule, absorption is the problem.
The odd one out on a product called Test Boost. Saw palmetto is studied for prostate symptoms, and a 2023 review of 27 studies found it gives little or no benefit for those when used alone. Nothing links it to raising testosterone.
Studied alongside saw palmetto for urinary symptoms rather than on its own for hormones. MSKCC notes positive trial results mainly when nettle is combined with other herbs.
Sold on the strength of diosgenin, which laboratories use as a raw material for making steroid hormones. Memorial Sloan Kettering is blunt: there is no evidence that the human body can convert diosgenin into progesterone.
Bovine testicle tissue. The reference monographs say there is no good scientific evidence to support its use, that it is not clear whether it provides testosterone, and that there is not enough reliable information to know what an appropriate dose would be.
The ingredient with the most plausible hormonal mechanism and the smallest likely share, since it is last of eight. Typical total boron intake is 1.0 to 1.5 mg a day and the adult upper limit is 20 mg.
Sixth of eight. Long used in traditional preparations and sometimes marketed as a steroid precursor on the same reasoning as wild yam, which does not hold up either.

That is the whole disclosure. Horny goat weed weighs more than tongkat ali, which weighs more than saw palmetto, and so on down to boron. You never learn by how much.
On this label the cost is total. No second number to anchor against, no standardisation percentage, and no ingredient printed outside the blend.
Divide 1,200 mg by eight and you get 150 mg. Not a real amount, and the right order of magnitude to hold against a research dose.
The right-hand column asks an impossible question on purpose: could the entire 1,200 mg cover the research dose?

Two of the eight have a dose worth reaching, and one of those two has an absorption problem no dose solves. Three have no established dose at all.
This is the second disclosure failure on the label, and it compounds the first.
A standardised extract states what proportion of it is the compound the research is about. That figure is what lets a buyer convert milligrams into a meaningful dose. Not one extract on this panel carries one.
So even if the manufacturer published every individual milligram tomorrow, you still could not compare them against the trials, because the trials used standardised material and this label does not say what is in its extracts.
That is unusual. Plenty of products hide their amounts inside a blend, and plenty of those still print a standardisation. This one does neither.
Read as groups rather than as a list, the formula makes more sense.
Tongkat ali and boron, second and last in the order. Tongkat ali has a placebo-controlled trial at 200 mg a day of standardised extract; boron has a plausible mechanism and a well-characterised intake range.
Saw palmetto and nettle root, third and fourth. Both are studied for urinary symptoms rather than testosterone, and a review of 27 studies found saw palmetto alone gave little or no benefit even for those.
Horny goat weed, barely absorbed; wild yam, which the body cannot convert into a hormone; sarsaparilla, with no established dose for this use; and orchic substance, bovine testicle tissue with no good evidence behind it.
The panel's other-ingredients line reads: Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Gelatin Capsule.
One of those seven matters. Gelatin is the capsule shell, and it is an animal product. That makes this unsuitable for vegetarians and vegans, and it is the second animal-derived component on the label after the orchic substance.
The rest are ordinary: two fillers, a disintegrant, two anti-stick agents and a flow agent. Seven excipients is a normal count for a capsule and none of them is active.
The footnote under the blend reads “Dally Value Not Establlshed”. Two misspellings in four words: Daily and Established. We transcribe the panel exactly as printed and flag it, because silently correcting a manufacturer's label would hide the thing you most want to know about its proofreading.
