How an order actually works
Understanding the sequence explains which of these terms bind whom, so it is worth setting out once rather than leaving it implied.
You read a page on this site. You click an order button. That button carries a sponsored, nofollow link to our order page, which hands you to the marketplace listing's checkout. From that moment you are on somebody else's site, under somebody else's terms, entering card details we never see.
