A standard men's-performance blend sold behind a single number. The ingredient list is the one this category always uses, and two of the eight have no supporting evidence at all: wild yam, which the human body cannot convert into a hormone, and orchic substance, which is bovine testicle tissue with no good evidence behind it. What you cannot do with this label is check a single dose, because there is only one figure on it. If tongkat ali is what you actually want, the trial that worked used 200 mg a day of a standardised extract, and you can buy exactly that with the number printed on the bottle.
